The career center

The career center is a structural division of the educational and methodological Department, whose activities are aimed at assisting students in passing professional practice and possible employment of graduates of Almaty technological University JSC.

Objectives of the career Center

• expansion of social partnership, strengthening of relations of JSC “ATU”with production, local authorities, including the state employment service, public organizations and associations interested in improving the situation of graduates in the labor market;
• Assistance to the faculties and departments of JSC “ATU” in conducting educational and professional (pre-graduate) practice of students;
• Assistance to students and graduates of JSC “ATU” in career development and employment;
• coordination of activities of structural divisions of JSC “ATU” on direct employment of graduates;
• forecasting demand structure in the labour market according to the analysis of the labor market in determining demand and supply of specialists in the region and a professional qualification.
• organizing events (alumni fair, presentation of specialized organizations, round tables with employers, master classes and excursions for students, etc.).
