Annual educational exhibition “Days of Kazakhstan education”

Kazakhstan, as a developing country, pays much attention to the development of educational tourism and attraction of foreign students

To this end, it is planned to create a “Central Asian educational hub” in Kazakhstan.

Within this framework, Almaty Technological University is actively working to attract foreign students. To participate in the annual educational exhibitions “Days of Kazakhstan Education” in the countries of Central Asia, the Office of Career Guidance and Marketing prepared a number of information and advertising materials about the university, a cycle of topical issues in the field of bilateral and inter-university cooperation. This year the exhibition cycle started in Navoi on April 9, 2018.

According to the results of the exhibition held in Uzbekistan on April 9-10, 2018, more than 60 entrants wished to study at ATU. At the moment, the Youth Center of Navoi has opened representative offices of Kazakhstan universities on the admission of documents, which are visited daily by more than 50 people.

Such specialties as “Technology of food products”, “IT-technologies”, “Automation and management”, “Management and economy”, “Tourism” etc. are in great demand. The exhibition was presented by the head of the URRM Mametova Z.K. and the chief of OPM Zhumataeva Kalima Allayrovna.

April 18 the exhibition started in Dushanbe (Tajikistan).

Following the results of the exhibition held in Tajikistan on April 18-21, 2018, more than 40 entrants to the Bachelor’s program and 8 people in the magistracy expressed their desire to study at ATU. It is also planned to hold similar exhibitions in Kyrgyzstan (April 26-27), Turkey (May 2-3), Turkmenistan (May 20, 2018). June 18 – 20 this year the university took part in the exhibition “Education world / Bilim Álemi -2018” in SKO Shymkent.
