Strategic Development Department (SDD) 

The Strategic Development Department (SDD) is a structural unit of the university responsible for the formation, implementation, and monitoring of the university’s strategic development directions, enhancing the quality of educational and research activities, strengthening the university’s competitive position at the national and international levels, and developing systems for quality management, analytics, and ranking positioning.

Primary objective – to ensure sustainable strategic development of the university through the implementation of modern mechanisms for quality management in education, support of accreditation procedures, development of analytical activities, and enhancement of the university’s effectiveness in national and international rankings.

Department Responsibilities:

• Formulation and implementation of the university’s strategic development priorities;
• Development and improvement of the internal quality assurance system in education;
• Coordination of the activities of the university’s structural units in strategic planning, monitoring, and performance evaluation;
• Organizational and methodological support for institutional and specialized accreditation of educational programs;
• Ensuring the operation and continuous improvement of the university’s quality management system;
• Organization of monitoring of key indicators in educational, research, international, and administrative activities of the university;
• Methodological support for the university’s participation in national and international rankings;
• Conducting analytical research and preparing reports and forecast materials to support managerial decision-making;
• Implementation of best international practices in quality management and strategic development;
• Promotion of a culture of quality, academic transparency, and operational effectiveness within the university;
• Coordination of the university’s interactions with external expert, accreditation, and ranking organizations.
