1. Fill out the online application form on the applicant portal;
2. Upload scanned versions of the following documents to the portal:
* Foreign passport
* Diploma with transcripts (for applicants to Master’s programs)
* Secondary school certificate with transcripts (for applicants to Bachelor’s programs)
Interviews with applicants are conducted within the framework of groups of undergraduate educational programs. The interview takes place in the form of a free dialogue with each applicant individually.
The date, time and place of the interview in offline or online modes are approved by the Chairman of the Admissions Committee and posted on the university website.
by August 20 — for applicants to the autumn semester (start of studies: September 1);
by January 10 — for applicants to the spring semester (start of studies: January 20).
List of documents for admission:
* International passport (valid for at least 4 years before expiration).
* IIN (Individual Identification Number, issued through the Public Service Center – TsON).
* Notification of stay of an immigrant (issued by the Migration Police).
* Temporary residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan (issued by the Migration Service or through TsON).
* Entry permit to the Republic of Kazakhstan (visa) (issued by the Migration Service or through TsON).
* Notarized copy of passport (2 copies).
* Notarized copy of school certificate (secondary education certificate) with transcript.
* Certificate confirming submission of documents for nostrification (the certificate/diploma must be submitted for nostrification through TsON).
* Medical certificate form No. 075-U and fluorography results.
* 3×4 cm photographs — 6 pcs.
* Copy of preventive vaccination record (form 063 or 065).

Due to the fact that changes may be made to the order of entry/exit to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in a short time, arriving foreign citizens are advised to check the current situation before traveling.

Visa – entitles the recipient of the visa to legally stay in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the time and under the conditions specified in the visa.
The visa can be single-entry and multiple-entry:
Single–entry visas - give the right to the visa recipient to enter the Republic of Kazakhstan once, travel through its territory, stay in it and leave the Republic of Kazakhstan for a time, for the purposes and under the conditions set out in the visa.
Multiple–entry visas - give the right to the recipient of a visa to enter the Republic of Kazakhstan multiple times, travel through its territory, stay there and leave the Republic of Kazakhstan for a time, for the purposes and under the conditions set out in the visa.
Attention! Corrections in the visa are not allowed. Visas with corrections are considered invalid.
According to paragraph 9 of Resolution No. 148 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 21, 2012: Receiving persons inform the internal affairs bodies about foreign citizens staying with them within three working days from the date of their arrival.
According to paragraph 10.1 of Article 1 of the Migration Law: the receiving person is a legal entity registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, applying for the invitation of foreign citizens to the Republic of Kazakhstan for temporary residence and (or) providing a place for their residence.
The receiving persons are obliged to NOTIFY the Migration Service Department of the Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty about the foreign citizens staying with them within 3 (three) working days from the date of their crossing the border of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It does not depend on the order of entry and stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the purpose of the visit of a foreign citizen.
It is important to remember: Late submission of a notification entails administrative liability of the receiving party in accordance with article 518 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, up to a ban on issuing visa invitations for 1 year.

- Certificate from the tax office confirming the absence of penalties on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Notice of stay of immigrants. (Migration Police)
- Temporary residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan (Migration or PSC)
- Permission to enter the Republic of Kazakhstan (visa) (Migration or consulate)
- Copy of passport certified by a notary (2 copies)
- Certificate with attachment certified by a notary (2 copies)
- Medical certificate form No. 075-U and x-ray
- 6 Photos size 3 *4
It is recommended to issue these documents in Kazakhstan
C9 visa
1. Letter of invitation (3 copies in original and electronic version)
2. Extract from the order of student enrollment or transfer from course to course
3. Copy of international passport;
4. Photo 3x4 (2 pcs.)
5. Visa application
6. Receipt for payment of state duty in the amount of 0.5 MCI for each invitee (in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 “On taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget”, Article 613, paragraph 3).
7. Agreement for the provision of educational services
8. Additional agreement for the provision of educational services with a foreign student
1. Notice of immigrant stays;
2. Document confirming temporary registration at the place of residence, if available;
3. Petition;
4. Original international passport;
5. RKA certificate (Address registration code);
6. Extract from the order for enrollment or transfer of a student from course to course.
