Accreditation Office

Primary Objective – to ensure the effective organization, coordination, and support of institutional and specialized (program) accreditation processes at the university. These processes aim to confirm that the university’s educational, research, and administrative activities meet national and international quality standards and to enhance the university’s competitiveness in the educational space.

Department Responsibilities:

• Organizational and methodological support of the university’s institutional accreditation procedures;
• Coordination of preparation for and implementation of specialized (program) accreditation of educational programs;
• Analysis of requirements from national and international accreditation agencies and integration of their standards into university activities;
• Collection, systematization, and analysis of information required for accreditation procedures;
• Consultation of faculties, departments, and structural units on accreditation preparation;
• Organization of the university’s interaction with accreditation agencies and expert committees;
• Preparation of reporting documentation, self-assessment reports, and analytical materials for accreditation purposes;
• Monitoring the implementation of recommendations from accreditation bodies and executing measures to improve the quality of educational programs;
• Participation in the development and improvement of internal quality assurance systems;
• Support of external expert commission visits and coordination of the work of the university’s structural units during accreditation periods;
• Creation and maintenance of a database on accredited educational programs and accreditation results.
