In October 2025, the ATU Career Center organized a series of faculty-based career fairs aimed at supporting students’ employment, developing professional competencies, and establishing direct connections with employers.

On October 10, 2025, a career fair was held at the Faculty of Food Technologies.

The event brought together 28 companies, offering a wide range of job opportunities, internships, and development programs:

The fair is one of the most effective forms of collaboration between the university and employers. The opportunity to select the most suitable young specialist in advance allows employers to comprehensively assess their potential before offering them a position. Students, in turn, learn about the demand for their chosen specialty in the labor market and about the vacancies that employers are ready to offer this year.

To monitor the compliance of JSC ATU graduates with labor market requirements, a survey of employers was conducted as part of the "Choose Your Path!" Job Fair on April 29, 2022, to determine their satisfaction with the quality of training provided to our university graduates.

Overall, the survey demonstrates employers' positive assessment of the quality of our graduates' training, as well as their friendliness and willingness to engage further.

During the fair, employers had the opportunity to interview graduates and build a talent pool for their businesses, while graduates had the opportunity to learn about employers' requirements for young professionals and share their resumes.

According to feedback from representatives of most companies who participated in the job fair, they had a positive opinion of the university and expressed a desire to continue cooperation and participate in future university events.

«CHOOSE YOUR PATH!» - October 2023

On October 13, 2023, the Almaty Technological University held its annual "Choose Your Path!" Career Fair. Various companies and organizations were represented at the fair, actively offering job openings and internships to students. Students had the opportunity to learn about each company, review candidate requirements, and ask questions to company representatives.

In addition, the fair featured a variety of master classes from eight companies, including Chai'La Group, AF JSC IP Efes Kazakhstan, CIS Market LLC, Qulpynai Bakery Confectionery Company, Bank RBK JSC, Kamerir LLC, Telecontact LLC, and Prosto Back-Office LLC. These workshops helped students develop their professional skills and learn more about labor market requirements. This enabled students to be better prepared for job searches and successful interviews.
