The university implements a system of educational and professional student clubs aimed at developing students’ language, professional, and interdisciplinary competencies, as well as engaging the local community in educational and outreach initiatives.
The main goal of the Center for Creativity is to create conditions for the realization of the creative, scientific, cultural and social potential of students and employees of ATU JSC.
QAZAQŞA SÖILEIK is an educational speaking club focused on developing communicative competence in the Kazakh language and promoting the use of the state language among students.
The club aims to improve spoken fluency, expand vocabulary, and enhance the correct use of Kazakh in academic, professional, and everyday contexts. Special emphasis is placed on overcoming language barriers and building confidence in communication.

The Methodological Workshop for Teachers / School of Pedagogical Excellence is a continuous professional development platform aimed at enhancing teachers’ pedagogical competencies, improving teaching quality, and mastering modern educational technologies.
Alongside year-round methodological activities, the program also includes Summer and Winter Schools of Pedagogical Excellence, which provide intensive training formats for in-depth professional development, acquisition of innovative teaching approaches, and experience exchange among educators.
The program focuses on the implementation of modern teaching methods, the use of digital educational tools, the design of interactive lessons, and the development of student-centered learning approaches. It also includes master classes, open lessons, training sessions, and professional workshops led by experienced educators.
