The Educational Department

The educational Department is a structural division of the educational and methodological department that provides organizational, informational and analytical support for educational programs in all bachelor’s degrees. In the work the Department is guided by normative-legal acts of MES RK, Charter of University and Position of educational-methodical management.

Main tasks:

• organizational, analytical and informational support of the educational activities of university for bachelor programs;
• participation in the development of materials regulating the educational process (Academic policy, Regulations on the adviser, Regulations of students independent works, Rules for conducting exams, etc.)
• organization of improving work on the system of education at the University;
• collection, analysis and synthesis of statistical data;
• preparation of analytical, informational, reference and other materials for the MES of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the University management;
• regulation and control of the calculation of academic load of teaching staff;
• working with correspondence;
• ensuring the rational use of the classroom fund, checking the compliance of the teaching load and schedule;
• ensuring the operation of SEC and AС;
• development of forms for automating the educational process.
