Bolashak
The Bolashak International Scholarship was established on November 5, 1993 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbayev.

At the dawn of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, highly qualified personnel were required, who were to carry out further reforms and adequately represent the country on the world stage. For the first time in the history of the post-Soviet states, talented young people were given the opportunity to study abroad.

The purpose of study tours is to hold meetings with German students and scholars, establish contacts with universities, organizations and institutions of professional interest, as well as obtain regional knowledge about Germany. Application Procedure:

  • All organizational issues from developing a route, establishing contacts, receiving confirmations from the German side to booking tickets and hotels are decided independently by the teacher and students planning to apply for participation in the competition
  • Application and support of the group is carried out only by the university teacher
  • Re-financing of study tours of student groups of the same faculty or other department of the university is possible no earlier than two years after receiving a group scholarship.

  • the schedule of the trip to the cities of Germany (no more than 5-6 cities) by days in a tabular form;
  • activities provided for preparing the group for the trip (holding preparatory seminars, etc.);
  • the consent of German institutions, especially German universities, to accept the group within the time specified in the application; a confirmation of consent is enough to send by fax or e-mail.

Full Bright
The J. William Fulbright Program was founded in 1946 to promote mutual agreement between the American people and people from around the world. Today, the Fulbright program is one of the most recognized and prestigious programs in the world. Hundreds of graduates of this program around the world occupy high positions in politics, education, journalism and in the private sector. Thirty-nine Fulbright graduates from eleven countries are Nobel laureates (including Mohamed Yunus and Milton Friedman). Eighteen graduates of the program have either led governments or held senior government posts (including former Brazilian President Cardozo and former Swedish Prime Minister Karlsson). Fulbright graduate Boutros Gali also served as UN Secretary General.

Grants under the Fulbright program are awarded on the basis of an open competition. This contributes to the honest selection of the most worthy candidates and the achievement of the goal of this program, namely the achievement of mutual understanding and mutual benefit by making a contribution for the communities of not only the host, but also the native country.

Erasmus+
For over 25 years, Europe has sponsored the ERASMUS program, which has allowed more than three million European students to spend part of their studies at universities in other European countries. ERASMUS + opens up these opportunities for students and university staff in other parts of the world.

Under the program of international credit mobility, a partner university can send its students, candidates for a doctor of science, or staff to another partner university from the list of program countries, and vice versa. Students have the opportunity to study abroad for a limited period of time (from 3 to 12 months). After the mobility phase, the student returns to his university to complete his studies.

As part of the ERASMUS + program, Almaty University of Technology signed inter-institutional agreements with universities such as Metropolitan University, Budapest, Hungary and many other universities in Europe.

  • signed and printed declaration of honor

Stipendium Hungaricum
The Hungarian government established the scholarship program The Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program back in 2013. The goal of the program is to attract foreign students to study in higher educational institutions of Hungary and to stimulate Hungarian universities to accept talented foreign students. Currently, 41 universities of the country are participating in the scholarship program.

The scholarship program is designed for undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate and preparatory and specialized courses (programs whose students do not receive a degree at the end of the program). Also, full-time and part-time students can count on a scholarship.

The Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program Scholarship Program works thanks to the agreement and cooperation of the Ministry of Human Capacities of Hungary and the Ministry of Higher Education. And the candidate will be able to receive a scholarship only if one of the authorized bodies-partners of the program approved his candidacy. The candidate must be a representative of the countries that participate in the program.

 

Applicants who live in Hungary or have dual citizenship cannot apply for a scholarship; as well as those who apply for re-participation in the scholarship program.

Scholarship program of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The academic mobility program of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides an opportunity for students to complete a semester in a foreign university. The ministerial grant includes the cost of round-trip air travel, accommodation for 105 days, medical insurance and visa costs.
