Training of highly qualified managers in the field of business and management who are able to effectively solve complex tasks in their professional activities, work in a team with creative and entrepreneurial thinking, have practical skills and leadership qualities
Applies knowledge of the basics of economics, entrepreneurship, law, anti-corruption culture, financial literacy and sustainable development in professional activities
Performs collection, processing, analysis and interpretation. economic indicators using methods of economic and statistical analysis at the micro and macro levels to justify management decisions
Uses information technologies, applied software tools and modern methods of information processing to collect and analyze, interpret economic, accounting and marketing information, taking into account ethical business standards
Makes management decisions and assesses their consequences based on the analysis of relevant information, taking into account the interests of internal and external stakeholders
Applies methods and tools of time management, organization theory for making managerial decisions in the field of professional activity
Designs organizational structures by analyzing up-to-date corporate social responsibility information and ethical implications, based on an understanding of the meaning, principles and culture of academic integrity
Applies methods and tools of personnel management adhering to the norms of business ethics, ethical and legal norms of behavior, showing leadership qualities and practicing independent training to improve professional qualities
Participates in the strategic analysis, development of the strategic and investment plan of the organization, taking into account the factors of the internal and external environment
