IT Department Activities at the University

The IT Department of the University is responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of all IT systems supporting educational and business processes, as well as scientific research. The main areas of activity include:

1. Technical support: Providing users (students and staff) with technical support and consultations on the use of IT resources.
2. Infrastructure: Support and development of network infrastructure, servers and workstations to ensure reliable access to information resources.
3. Management systems: Implementation and support of learning management systems and other educational platforms.
4. Cybersecurity: Ensuring the protection of data and information systems from threats and cyberattacks.
5. Innovation: Research and implementation of new technologies to improve the educational process and increase the efficiency of the university.
6. Training and development: Conducting trainings and seminars for users on digital technologies and tools.

Our goal is to create a modern and secure IT environment that contributes to the development of education and science at the university.

The staff of the UIT includes 3 departments:

- technical service department - 7 employees, head of department - Zhaksybekov Erkebulan

- support and training department - 5 employees, head of department - Komekbaev Nauryz

- communications and video surveillance department - 2 employees, head of department - Chernyshov Maksim.
