Public Talk "Ichi-go ichi-e: How to Turn Dinner into an Experience"

We are glad to inform you about a great event! ATU acts as an Academic Partner of one of the mega events of the restaurant business and the world of haute cuisine – the anniversary evening IN THE KITCHEN-Anniversary Edition with the participation of the star chefs of the 2*Michelin winners: Dominik Sato @dominiksato(Switzerland), Fabio Toffolon @f.toffolon (Switzerland) and Yoshiko Sato (Japan)!
As part of the event, our university will host a Public Talk "Ichi-go ichi-e: how to turn dinner into an experience" and a demonstration session on coated desserts from Yoshiko Sato's team.
The most active participants of Public Talk will have a unique opportunity to do 3-day internships with Michelin Chefs at the trendy Laureate Grand Cafe @laureate_grand_cafe restaurant and become part of three-chamber gourmet dinners!
Students of the fields of "Food technology", "Technology of public and specialized food products, and "Restaurant and hotel business" we are waiting for you!
