Orbis Agro lecture for ATU students

For students of the Faculty of Food Technology studying in the fields of «Standardization, Certification and Metrology» and «Food Technology», a guest lecture was given by Mr. Arakawa Nobuyuki, General Director of Orbis Agro, on the topic «Japan and Kazakhstan: Searching for Points of Convergence in Safety and Quality Culture».

«Orbis Agro», a large agricultural enterprise in Kazakhstan, part of «Orbis Kazakhstan» Holding, was founded in 2018. The company specializes in crop production of cereals, oilseeds, and legumes, and manages a land bank of about 100,000 hectares of land, is developing modern greenhouses.

Mr. Nobuyuki spoke about the cooperation between our country and Japan in the field of quality and safety of agricultural products, about the innovative approaches used to the production process, emphasizing the exceptional importance of the direction in modern realities and the industry's need for professional personnel.
