ATU students take part in the international project IN THE KITCHEN
As part of ATU's participation in the international project IN THE KITCHEN as an Academic Partner, a number of events are taking place for students of our university with the participation of world stars of the culinary world and the world of art, including Chefs from 2*Michelin, Dominic Sato @dominiksato (Switzerland), Fabio Toffolon @F.toffolon (Switzerland) and Yoshiko Sato (Japan), the famous Austrian artist and sculptor Norbert Brunner, founder of the Laureate Grand Café @laureate_grand_cafe and co-founder of IN THE KITCHEN, Ainur Akhmetova@ainurakhmetovaco, owner of Gioielleria Maison@gggigiglio jewelry boutique “Giglio” (Cremona, Italy), Giliola Masseroni, curator of the project and founder of the Swiss art platform 365 ART@365art.biz , Olga Daniele@olgadaniele.
Students have already participated in Public Talk meetings and flocks of participants in a demonstration session on platted desserts. Ahead are 3-day internships with Mechlin Chefs at the Laureate Grand Café restaurant.
ATU is the first university that takes such an innovative approach to the learning process and professional development of students, holding events of such a high level.
