ATU Inn hosted a master class led by professors from the Mediterranean Technical Center «Aldo Moro»
As part of the X Week of Italian Cuisine in the World with the support of the Italian Embassy in Kazakhstan, a guest lecture and a master class from professors of the Mediterranean Technical Center «Aldo Moro» Professor Fernando De Vito, Professor Salvatore Urso and Professor Antonio Casciaro were held at the ATU Inn educational restaurant and hotel complex for students and staff of our university.
During the guest lecture, the speakers presented modern approaches and research in the field of culinary technologies and gastronomic sciences, as well as spoke in detail about the key professional trends of Mediterranean cuisine.
At the demonstration workshop, renowned Italian professors prepared Risotto with red beet cream and pecorino fondue. The participants of the master class had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with professional cooking techniques of Mediterranean gastronomy and gain applied skills used in modern culinary practice.
