Practical specialists are involved in the implementation of the educational program. Among them, first of all, it is necessary to note the leading specialists of the RSE “KazStandard” Sagimbekov M.E., Bekenova D.S., Director of LLP “CTRM” Kemerbekova A.K., LLP “Innovative Consulting Center” Kim E., Head of LLP “Prosert” Beisekenova A.N., who conduct practical classes for students, as well as professional development courses for teachers. Specialists of NPP “Antigen” Akhmetsadykov N.N. and Akhmetsadykova Sh.N. are also involved in conducting training sessions, supervising diploma works and their reviewing, as well as in the work of the Attestation Commission.

With the creation of the Eurasian Economic Community (Eurasian Economic Community), which requires experts and auditors in all areas of the food and processing industry, great opportunities are opening up for graduates of this specialty.
Many graduates of the "Standardization and Certification" specialty are in demand in the most prestigious enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the point of view of employment, they started working in NAEKS branches in Almaty and Pavlodar, many students continued to work after industrial experience. Certification centers of products and services in Almaty, 27 students to large industrial enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan, such as "Kazstandard", "NACEKS", "Technical regulation and metrology center" LLP, etc. were invited to work, the rest of the students were in various demand. He studied at enterprises in Almaty and continued his studies at the master's degree.
ATU has a board of trustees, which gathers company heads every year. Proposals and decisions are taken by the Scientific Council of ATU. Issues of education system and personnel training will be discussed at the round table. The analysis of employment indicators of graduates in the last five years showed that the share of employed graduates was 89.5%, 83%, 88%, 84.3% and 85%, respectively, which is confirmed by Atameken rating.
Indicators of employment of graduates have positive dynamics, which is connected with the active work of the teaching staff of the department.
The department is in close contact with leading enterprises of the food industry and technical regulation centers, certification centers and accredited laboratories. The department has letters of thanks, questionnaires, reviews from employers (total number - 25), dual training is also conducted.
