On the results of the survey conducted in the 2024-2025 academic year at Almaty Technological University JSC
The survey of students is conducted to obtain information about the strengths and weaknesses of educational services and to develop plans for their improvement, as well as to assess the professional competence and academic integrity of teaching staff and employees of ATU JSC.
The results of the survey are reviewed at meetings of the Rector's Office, and, if necessary, reviewed at meetings of the Commission on Discipline, Ethics, Academic Integrity and Anti-Corruption, and the Council on Academic Quality.
In order to achieve the goal and implement the task in the 2024-2025 academic year, several surveys were conducted in online and offline formats, in two languages. The survey results are generalized.
From September 16 to September 30, 2024, a survey was conducted to assess the condition of student canteens. The study involved 1,320 students, of whom 646 answered in Kazakh and 674 in Russian. Result
From November 04, 2024 to November 14, 2024, a survey in Kazakh and Russian was conducted to determine the totality of social and psychological factors affecting student satisfaction with living conditions in the dormitory. 943 students took part in the survey, of which 627 filled out the questionnaire in Kazakh, and 316 in Russian. From April 23 to May 23, 2025, as part of the "Clean Session" campaign, an anonymous survey was conducted among students of 1-5 courses on the platform: anketa.atu.kz . in order to study the opinion of students about corruption in JSC "ATU".
From May 05 to May 23, 2025, as part of the "Clean Session" campaign, a sociological survey was conducted to determine the level of students' awareness of academic integrity, their attitude to violations during the exam session, and to identify the degree of students' involvement in observing the principles of fair exams. The survey was conducted in Kazakh and Russian. 3,000 students participated in the study, 2,400 of them study in Kazakh and 600 in Russian. Result
