The Faculty of Food Technologies of ATU took part in the food products exhibition «Incubator KOLLAB 2025», which took place in Moscow! Students of the department of "Food Technology" presented their new innovative product development-the Zhent-dessert "Steppe Balls". Zhent is one of the oldest Kazakh delicacies, which was prepared from crushed millet, ghee, sugar or honey, sometimes with the addition of nuts. Even today, this traditional treat has not lost its popularity and is in great demand among consumers.
