International Cooperation: Guest Lectures by Leading Scientists from Universities of Uzbekistan Held at ATU

ATU continues to expand the horizons of international academic exchange. As part of the academic mobility program, our university welcomed a delegation of leading scientists and experts from partner universities in Uzbekistan to conduct a series of guest lectures.

The delegation included Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Fatima Usmanovna Nigmatova from the Department of “Technology of Garment Products and Digital Engineering” at the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry, as well as PhD Associate Professors from the Department of Information Technologies at Renaissance University — Kamila Abdukhalikovna Aidarkulova, Saodat Tolkunovna Sharipova, Malokhat Akhmatovna Makhmudova, and Nigora Jurakhanovna Ergasheva.

As part of the visit, a number of lectures in specialized fields were organized for faculty members and students of the Faculty of Design, Textile Technologies and Clothing, the Faculty of Information Technologies, and the Faculty of Intelligent and Engineering Systems.Professor F.U. Nigmatova shared advanced experience in the field of modern design and engineering of light industry products. Colleagues from Renaissance University — K.A. Aidarkulova, S.T. Sharipova, M.A. Makhmudova, and N.D. Ergasheva — delivered lectures on current issues in the development of information systems and the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in industrial and educational processes.

Joint international projects and interuniversity cooperation provide faculty members and students of our university with access to international experience, opportunities to discuss current scientific trends, and strengthen professional ties between the academic and educational communities of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
