INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE STUDENT DORMITORY CHECK-IN
1.SUBMITTING AN ELECTRONIC APPLICATION:
- Submit an electronic application on the website: https://dorm.atu.kz/?page=reg_zayavlenie
- Attach an identification document.
2.CONSIDERATION OF THE APPLICATION
- The commission's decision is in your personal account and on the website dorm.atu.kz
- Check the decision of the commission with the representative of the dean's office. To check in, you must go to the Student Service Center at ul.Tole bi, 100, 1st floor.
3.MEDICAL CHECKUP:
The student must personally pass a medical checkup at the Health Center in Dormitory No. 1, located at 157 Bogenbai Batyr Street.
4.CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT:
- After the medical checkup, an agreement is being concluded for accommodation in a student dormitory.
- The student pays 50% of the cost of living in the dormitory when concluding an agreement for accommodation in the student dormitory of ATU JSC, the student must pay the remaining 50% of the cost of living in the dormitory before the start of the winter examination session.
5.PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATION IN THE STUDENT DORMITORY:

6.RECEIVING AN ELECTRONIC ORDER:
- After payment and signing an Agreement, you will receive an electronic order for check-in to the student dormitory.
7. CHECK-IN:
- Contact the dormitory supervisor. The following documents must be provided:
- Two copies of the national ID card.
- Original accommodation order.
- Original medical certificate from the medical center.
- Payment receipt (electronic or copy).
- Complete the safety briefing.
- Receive your room key and assigned bed space.
ATTENTION!
PRIORITY RIGHT TO SETTLEMENT HAS:
- Orphaned children and children left without parental care.
- Children with disabilities (including from childhood) and children with developmental disabilities.
- Children from large families where parents are disabled and/or retired.
- Children from large families (families with the largest number of minors have a preferential right).
- Students enrolled in the 1st academic year.
- Students from among foreign citizens (in accordance with international and intergovernmental agreements) and migrants.
- Students in the academic mobility program.
- Winners of international and republican Olympiads approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Required documents:
- Certificate of «Kandas» status.
- National ID card.
- Death certificate(s) of both or the only parent, or a certificate from an orphanage.
- Certificate confirming that the family has four or more children (for large families).
- Certificate confirming disability status.
