Food Safety: A Guest Lecture by an Expert from Koktal-Agro Company

A guest lecture by Gulzhan Beisembayeva, Quality Manager of Koktal-Agro, on the topic «Safety of food products from plant raw materials» was held for students of the Faculty of Food Technologies.

Gulzhan Beisembayeva spoke about her professional experience and the specifics of the production process at Koktal-Agro, about innovative approaches to the safety of food products from plant raw materials and the importance of this direction for end users, as well as about the development of agriculture and animal husbandry in modern realities.

The event was organized by Marina Sabralieva, Chairman of the ATU Board of Trustees.
