ATU was visited by a delegation from Tongmyong University

ATU was visited by a delegation from Tongmyong University (Pusan, Republic of Korea) as part of the Dean of the College of Beauty and Arts Industry, Professor Sarah Tae Dong Sook, Marketing Manager of the Department of International Relations, Mr. Joo Young, Employee of the Office of International Affairs, Ms. Jang Min Young.
During the visit, a meeting was held with the University Administration, during which key issues of cooperation were discussed, including the launch of dual degree programs in two areas: "K-Beauty" at Tongmyong University and "Technology of Perfumery and Cosmetics production" at ATU. During the negotiations, an agreement was reached to begin the joint development of an integrated dual degree program that will combine the scientific potential of ATU and the best practical South Korean techniques in the beauty industry. The meeting resulted in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the universities, which lays a solid foundation for long-term partnership and academic exchange.
Tongmyong University is one of the recognized leaders in the field of education in Asia. The university is actively strengthening its position in the international QS World University Rankings 2026. Tongmyong University College of Beauty and Arts Industry offers a full cycle of education from bachelor's degree to doctoral degree and has unique research laboratories and studios.
