ATU students at the Atameken Chamber of Entrepreneurs: the synergy of education and business
Regular introductory meetings were held for students of Almaty Technological University on the basis of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" in Almaty. The event, organized as part of a long-term cooperation between the university and the Chamber, brought together active youth of the Higher School of Economics and Business under the leadership of Associate Professor Gumar N.A.
It is extremely important for our university that students receive not only fundamental theoretical knowledge, but also see firsthand the practical mechanisms of interaction between business and government. During the meetings, representatives of the Chamber familiarized future specialists with the key areas of their activities:
- the role and objectives of NCE Atameken in the development of a modern business environment;
- protecting the rights of entrepreneurs and effective ways of building a dialogue with government agencies;
- measures of state support for business and processes of implementation of industry projects;
- Opportunities for young people: dual education programs, support for startup initiatives, and job placement assistance.
The meeting was held in the format of an open dialogue. The students were very active, asking questions about professional internships, career prospects, and participation in relevant Chamber projects. It is at such moments of direct communication that young professionals begin to form clear professional guidelines and first career goals.
