ATU Researchers Presented Their Scientific Findings at an International Conference in London
London hosted the IRES International Conference on Food and Agricultural Engineering, an international scientific forum focused on current challenges and innovations in food technology and the agro-industrial sector.
During the conference, researchers from Almaty Technological University presented the results of their studies on innovative technologies for processing plant- and animal-based raw materials. The presented research is aimed at developing next-generation food products, ensuring the efficient use of raw material resources, and implementing the principles of sustainable development in agri-food systems.
