For students of the Faculty of Food Technology, direction 6B07202 Processing Technology, a unique master class was held from representatives of the international bakery chain Le Pain Quotidien on the topic "Organic bread. Organic desserts. Food is about health and mindful eating."
The event was attended by Marzhan Aksakal, Director of Le Pain Quotidien Almaty, Merey Dzhantasova, Baker, Zakyp Karatas, and Kristina Mozgalova, Manager of the coffee shop.
The guests presented the brand's concept based on the use of natural ingredients, traditional baking technologies and the principles of conscious nutrition.
At the educational and scientific bread center, representatives of the company practically introduced our students to modern technologies for making organic bread and desserts, the specifics of working with natural raw materials, as well as current trends in the development of the healthy food industry.
