A master class on the topic «Resume analysis and analysis» for career mentors

A master class on "Resume analysis and analysis" was held at ATU for career supervisors as part of the Roadmap for Employment Promotion and postgraduate support for undergraduate graduates.

The speakers were Valeria Volkova, Head of the Talent Management Department at EFES Kazakhstan, and Zhanar Medeubayeva, Director of the Department of Human Resource Development at ATU.

The purpose of the master class was to develop the practical skills of career supervisors in analyzing the resumes of students and graduates, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the resume, as well as making recommendations for its improvement to increase competitiveness in the labor market.

The event is organized by the ATU Career Center.
