A little bit from the history of wines
Marina Sabralieva, our graduate, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of ATU, Head of the Union of Food Enterprises of Kazakhstan, gave a guest lecture on "A little bit from the history of wines" for students of the Faculty of Food Technologies.
Our university is a leader in the training of professionals for wine production, has a unique educational and scientific center for the production of fermentation products, where students study the production process in practice.
Marina Sabralieva is one of the professionals who stood at the origins of wine production in Kazakhstan, has extensive experience and knowledge in the industry. During the lecture, the students learned about the history of wines and the development of winemaking in our country, about the key features of this production and about the producers.
