A guest lecture by the Production Director of Shin-Line was held at the ATU.

A guest lecture by Altynai Rayymkulova, Director of Production at Shin-Line, on the topic "Ice cream technology" was held for students of the Faculty of Food Technologies.

The Shin-Line company, the largest producer of ice cream in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, founded in 2002, has been a leader in the production of the widest range of everyone's favorite delicacies for almost 25 years.

 Altynai Rayymkulova spoke about modern production technology and equipment, the selection of raw materials and ingredients, the production process, the scale and achievements of the Shin-Line company.

The event was organized by Marina Sabralieva, Chairman of the ATU Board of Trustees.
