I am responsible for monitoring production processes, product quality and coordinating the work of employees. I graduated from Almaty Technological University in 2020 with a degree in Food Technology related to the processing of food raw materials. During my studies, I acquired deep knowledge in the field of meat processing technology, food standardization and production process management. The university gave me a solid theoretical base and practical experience, which became the basis for my further professional growth. After graduating from ATU, I started my career at the Bizhan meat processing plant, where I work as a technologist. In my work, I am engaged in improving meat processing technologies, product quality control and increasing production efficiency. It is important for me that the products meet modern safety and quality standards. I continue to develop in the field of meat processing, studying new technologies and introducing advanced methods into production. In the future, I plan to deepen my knowledge and contribute to the development of the food industry in Kazakhstan. |
