EP purpose
Training of highly qualified personnel in the field of robotization of production processes for the food and processing industries of the agro-industrial complex, capable of competently operating, maintaining and introducing robotic systems and complexes into production, solving the tasks of developing new robotic systems and complexes.

- Has basic knowledge in the field of natural Sciences, contributing to the formation of a highly educated person and the desire for professional and personal growth.
- Develops mathematical models of constituent parts of objects of professional activity by methods of the theory of automatic control.
- Develops software layouts, Provo-dit configuration and debugging layouts.
- Performs computational and graphical work on the design of information, electromechanical, electrohydraulic, electronic and microprocessor modules of robotic systems
- Develops design documentation of electrical and electronic components (including microprocessor) of robotic systems
- Evaluates the technical and economic efficiency of the designed units and units of robotic systems of food and processing industries. Organizes the work of a team of performers and analyzes the results of the activities of production units
- Carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis of the hazards accompanying the operation of the developed units and units and justifies measures to prevent them.
- He has research methods and academic writing skills in the field of robotization of production processes, collects and interprets information for the formation of scientific judgments, taking into account the principles and culture of academic integrity.

The objects of professional activity of a graduate in the specialty are: robots and robotic systems (RTS) for various purposes, understood as a set of sensory, mechanical, executive and microprocessor control devices that function together to perform a given technological process or operation; robotic complexes (RTK), including industrial robots and automated equipment; software and algorithmic software designed for control, programming and computer-aided design of robots, RTK and RTK.
Service and operational activities:
operation of robotic, automated and information systems, means of data transmission and information flows;
diagnostics, control and management of technical, informational, mathematical and software means of data transmission and information flows;
prevention, repair, adjustment of technical means of robotization and informatization, testing of technological equipment.
Production and technological activities:
development and implementation of optimal technologies for manufacturing technical means of robotization, informatization and equipment operation.
organization and effective implementation of input quality control of materials, production control of technological processes, quality of finished products;
efficient use of materials, equipment, algorithms and programs for selection and calculation of technological process parameters;
implementation of metrological verification of the main means of measuring the quality of products;
standardization and certification of technical means of robotic systems and robots during their manufacture and repair.
Organizational and managerial activities:
organizing the work of a team of performers, making managerial decisions in the context of different opinions;
finding a compromise between different requirements (cost, quality, safety and deadlines) both in long-term and short-term planning and determination of optimal solutions;
assessment of production and non-production costs to ensure the required product quality.
Design and engineering activities:
formulation of design goals and objectives under specified criteria and constraints;
development of generalized solutions to problems, analysis of these options, prediction of consequences, finding compromise solutions in conditions of multi-criteria;
development, design, modeling and execution of projects of robotic systems, informatization of production and technological processes taking into account energy, technological, design, operational, ergonomic and economic indicators
