Attracting applicants to enter the university and forming a high-quality contingent of new intake of bachelor's, master's and doctoral students to the university, as well as ensuring the coordination of actions of the university's structural divisions to maintain an attractive image of the university and the prestige of the educational programs implemented is carried out by the Department of Contingent Formation, established in 2020.
The Department as a whole ensures the organization of recruitment and enrollment of applicants to bachelor's, master's and doctoral programs. Conducts propaganda work to attract professionally oriented applicants, intellectually gifted students of educational institutions. Organizes verification control, at the request of applicants, of the level of their readiness to receive higher and postgraduate education.
This Department also ensures the solution of organizational and technical issues of holding entrance examinations and various subject Olympiads at the university using the testing method. The organization of external control of the level of knowledge of university students by the Testing Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan is also organized and ensured by this university department.
