Department of Military Registration, Civil Protection and Emergency Situations

The work of the military accounting Desk  is to keep military records of citizens who are subject to conscription and who are in reserve, as well as to organize events related to military service. The main tasks include registering citizens, processing documents, maintaining electronic databases and file cabinets, as well as preparing resources for the needs of the Armed Forces.

Main responsibilities and functions

  • Military registration:

 Citizens are put on military registration, check the availability of the necessary documents and marks of the military enlistment office.

  • Maintaining documentation:

 Registration and maintenance of accounting cards, card files and other documents, including in electronic form, is carried out.

  • Citizen registration:

Records are kept of citizens who are subject to conscription and citizens who are in reserve.

  • Preparation of resources:

The quantitative and qualitative composition of conscripts and those liable for military service is provided for conscription and mobilization.

  • Ensuring conscription:

 Military specialists from among those liable for military service and conscripts are being trained to recruit the Armed Forces and other military formations.

  • Conducting inspections:

 In organizations where military registration is conducted, responsible persons check the status of military registration of conscripts, conscripts and reservations.

  • Filling out documents:

Personal cards (form no. T-2) and other accounting documents are filled out.

Control and interaction:

  • The general management and control over the maintenance of military records is carried out by local military authorities.
  • Military enlistment offices have the right to summon conscripts to clarify military registration data and may send summonses (paper or electronic).

 

Work in the field of civil protection and emergencies (civil protection and emergencies) includes planning and carrying out measures to protect the population from natural disasters, man-made accidents and military threats, as well as eliminating the consequences of these situations. This covers a wide range of activities from the development of documents and briefings to the direct rescue of people and the coordination of rescue services.

Technicalmeasures: Engineeringprotection,radiationandchemicalprotection,aswell as the implementation of othermeasurestoreducerisksandprotectagainst the consequences of emergencies.

Elimination of consequences: Directparticipationinrescueoperations,firstaid,evacuationandothermeasurestoeliminate the consequences of accidentsandcatastrophes.

Interactionwith the media: Coordination of the work of the massmediaforoperationalcoverage of the situationin case ofemergency.
