The dual-degree program combines professional training in the restaurant and hotel industry with knowledge in the field of business administration. Students acquire managerial competencies necessary for the successful development of hospitality enterprises in the global market environment.
Program Objective
To train managers for the hotel and restaurant industry who are capable of effectively organizing operational activities, developing development strategies, managing finances and personnel, and creating competitive service projects.

Implementation Format
Theoretical training at ATA/SGBI – online, at JSC “ATU” – full-time on-campus format.
Students may complete their professional internship:
- at internship bases of JSC “ATU” according to the academic calendar;
- or through a paid internship program conducted from May 1 to September 30 at hospitality enterprises in Turkey, under the following conditions:
- students must meet the basic requirements of Turkish enterprises, such as age, appearance standards, language proficiency, and theoretical preparation in their specialty;
- students are provided with accommodation and meals by Turkish enterprises;
- students cover the costs of travel to the internship location, medical insurance for the entire stay in Turkey, and the visa fee.
Language of Instruction
At ATA/SGBI – English or Russian (student’s choice)
At JSC “ATU” – Kazakh, Russian, or English
Degrees Awarded:
Students who successfully complete the dual-degree program are awarded:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Services under the educational program “6B11102 Restaurant and Hotel Business” with a diploma issued by JSC “ATU”;
- Bachelor’s Degree in “Business Administration” with a higher education diploma issued by the Swiss Geneva Business Institute.
Additional Qualification (after the 3rd year)
Students may also obtain:
- an Associate Degree in “Hotel Management” with a diploma of vocational secondary specialized education issued by the Academy of Tourism in Antalya, provided that they complete professional practice at hospitality enterprises in Turkey.
