Guest lecture “The using of artificial intelligence in the food industry and Biotechnology"

Maxim Rebezov, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the V.M. Gorbatov Federal Scientific Center for Food Systems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, gave a guest lecture “The using of artificial intelligence in the food industry and Biotechnology" for students of the Faculty of Food Technology and the Faculty of Biotechnology and Chemical Technologies.

The lecture reviewed research related to modern digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, which makes the food industry more accurate, safer and more efficient.
