Achievements

Teachers of the department are leading scientists and specialists with extensive scientific, pedagogical and practical experience, who have completed internships at advanced enterprises of the food and processing industries of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the countries of near and far abroad. Leading teachers of natural science disciplines are involved in the training of students, undergraduates and doctoral students.

Achievements of teaching staff

ATU teacher, associate Professor of the Department of Food Biotechnology Lesova Zh.T. was awarded first-degree diplomas for participation in the competition «II International Book Edition», and the breast medal «Best Teacher-2022» of the CIS.

Associate Professor of the Department of «Food Biotechnology» Bozhbanov A.Zh. took part in the republican contest «The best teacher in Biology-2022», held in order to popularize the program article of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev «Independence is most expensive» among teachers and students of educational organizations, was awarded a diploma of the 1st degree and the badge «Kazakhstan bilim beru salasyn uzdigi» for special merits in the field of education, issued a certificate.

The department conducts initiative research:

  • «Obtaining biologically safe and high-grade herodietic livestock products using protein feed additives», scientific supervisor is Sh.A. Abzhanova, implementation years: 2023-2025.
  • «Development of pasta technology with increased nutritional and biological value» (Nabieva Zh. S. is the project executor, implementation years: 2021-2023).
