Over the long history of the department, the department was headed in different years by prominent teachers and scientists: Associate Professor Omarov S.O., Associate Professor Umirzakova L.A., Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Sagadiev N.D., Candidate of Philosophy Sciences, Associate Professor Zakiryanov A.K.
Currently, the department is headed by Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Tukenova Kapiza Tukenovna.
The department provides training to Bachelor 's degree and master's degree of all specialties. Teaching is conducted in state and Russian languages. Currently, the department employs 22 teachers, of whom have an academic degree: Candidate of Science - 14 people, PhD - 2 people, Masters - 4 people, assistant - 1.
The Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines trains highly qualified specialists.
