Tasks:
- Organizing regular meetings of the club to share experiences and plan joint events.
- Conducting workshops and seminars on travel planning, travel safety, choosing the best routes and other issues.
- Participation in local and international tourism festivals and exhibitions as representatives of the University.
- Create partnerships with travel agencies, churches, museums and other organizations that can provide discounts or special offers for club members.
- Development and implementation of socio-cultural projects.
- Create and maintain a club website or blog where students can share their experiences, travel stories, photos and tips.
- Organization of joint trips and excursions by club members for students of Almaty Technological University and their environment in order to learn and share experiences.

The mission:
We strive to create a world where hospitality knows no boundaries and obstacles. Our club brings people together with the aim of creating academically and practically unobstructed, friendly and inclusive hospitality spaces for everyone. We are sure that true hospitality manifests itself when everyone feels welcome, respected and valued. Our task is to break down the barriers that stand in the way of this idea and promote a culture of mutual understanding, acceptance, openness, inclusivity and accessibility of knowledge and practical skills.
Goals:
- The development and dissemination of the idea that everyone, regardless of their physical, cultural or social characteristics, has the right to equal and friendly communication.
- Organization of events, seminars and workshops aimed at both raising awareness of the problems of accessibility and inclusivity in the field of hospitality of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and at increasing the level of competence of specialists in the field of hospitality.
- Work with businesses and public organizations to adapt spaces and hospitality services for people with different needs and promote a practice-oriented and innovative academic environment.
- Creating a platform for the exchange of experience and knowledge between club members and beyond, as well as providing resources and tools for the implementation of ideas in the field of inclusive hospitality and barrier-free education
- Establishing partnerships with other clubs, organizations and businesses committed to creating inclusive and accessible spaces, and with the ability and desire to share practical and academic experiences.
- Work on projects and initiatives that help overcome cultural, linguistic, social, practical, academic and inclusive barriers in the field of hospitality in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Organization of volunteer programs aimed at helping to create unhindered spaces and events in the hospitality sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Tasks:
- Conducting regular meetings, seminars, workshops and trainings on the issues of inclusivity of hospitality and practice-oriented innovative education without barriers.
- Creating and distributing informational and educational materials that emphasize the importance and benefits of unhindered hospitality and education.
- Maintaining the level of competence of club members through regular training programs and courses on accessibility and inclusivity.
- Establishing relationships with other organizations and businesses to promote the idea of inclusive hospitality and barrier-free practice-oriented innovative education
- Implementation of projects on adaptation of public and private spaces for people with disabilities.
- Conducting public campaigns aimed at raising awareness of the importance of creating an unhindered environment in the hospitality industry.
- Search for sponsors and donors to support the initiatives and projects of the club, as well as grants and other sources of funding.
- Development of mechanisms to collect feedback and suggestions from club members and event visitors in order to continuously improve their activities.
- Creating programs to attract and train volunteers who will help in the implementation of the club's ideals in practice.
- Regular analysis and evaluation of the results achieved in the field of unhindered hospitality in order to identify areas for further improvements.
