EP purpose
Training of highly qualified masters in field of international and sustainable tourism for management, research, training, designing and expert activity fields in the tourism industry, hospitality and service spheres with competitive professional competence and active citizenship.
Formed learning outcomes
- Master student applies the knowledge of the history and philosophy of science, pedagogy and professional education, management psychology, combining them in a new way with elements of innovation, for realization of professional research and pedagogical activity tasks
- Master student can to communicate in oral and written forms at advanced level of Kazakh, Russian and foreign languages for solving the professional tasks of interpersonal/intercultural interaction, and motivated to communicate in three languages
- Master student can to acquire the new knowledge and skills that are important for professional activities in field of international and sustainable tourism, and use them and generate solutions based on them with elements of originality
- Master student organizes the effective work of workers on enterprise, organization, institution of the tourism industry, hospitality, services, and tolerantly perceiving the social, ethnic, religious, cultural differences
- interprets research data to solve scientific and practical problems
- Master student analyzes and evaluates the branch information, processes, activities, results in professional sphere with identification of resource supply, organization, management, development problems and generates the effective solutions
- Master student compiles and regulates based on holistic systemic scientific viewpoint of integrated operational, tactical and strategic plans for optimizing and developing an enterprise, organization, establishment of tourism industry, hospitality, and service sector
- Master student uses with high degree of independence and originality of obtained knowledge, abilities, skills in course of professional practice for development of effective solutions, upholding own position taking into account the views of colleagues and needs of different stakeholders
- Master student evaluates the level of customer service and develops the measures for improve of service quality in professional sphere with use of newest achievements and own innovative ideas
- Master student conducts the researches with a deep study of the data for decision of scientific and practical problems in professional field and effectively performs the functions of lecturer in secondary specialized and higher educational organizations
- Master student applies the knowledge of methodology and methods of scientific and pedagogical researches in professional activities based on their combination and adding original solutions
- Master student creates with critical analysis and conveys the informational messages in professional field for different target audiences with deep argumentation and presentation of own original ideas
- Master student have the skills in using the special information communications, research methods, technologies, software, infrastructure and tourist equipment, and is able to create on its basis of original approaches for decision of professional problems
