EP purpose
Training senior managers with a high level of professional culture, responsive to rapidly changing market requirements, owning methods and technologies for designing a competitive business, taking into account the individual needs of students and giving impetus to their further development.
Formed learning outcomes
- demonstrates knowledge of key management concepts and critical analysis skills, innovative methods for developing a strategy, evaluates the advantages and risks of a company, develops and implements an organization’s corporate and functional strategy aimed at ensuring its competitiveness
- it applies research methods, critical analysis, evaluation and comparison of various scientific theories and ideas, analyzes the problematic aspects of business and generates solutions, uses analytical methods of strategic management, methods of its diagnosis, considers the problems of doing business and management from the standpoint of competition in the international environment
- demonstrates knowledge on the basics of forming investment and innovative strategies, forms the investment strategies of the company, organizes the management of real and financial investments, forms investment resources, participates in project management, introduces technological and product innovations
- explains the organization of organizations, the mechanism of their interaction with stakeholders (stakeholders), the principles of work in an external context in the long term. Estimates the value of a business in the context of globalization, reveals the influence of the external environment and takes it into account when solving practical problems of management, integrates various functional aspects of management based on knowledge of theory, modern research and practical requirements
- uses the basic theories of knowledge management and personal growth; applies theories of motivation, the concept of leadership in strategic management to solve strategic and operational management tasks, develops recommendations, suggestions, methodological approaches to current problems in the field of knowledge management
- it resolves conflict situations in various ways when designing interpersonal, group and organizational communications based on modern personnel management technologies, including in an intercultural environment
- it applies human resource management strategies, manages organizations, departments, groups (teams) of employees, analyzes and generates sound innovative solutions to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of company personnel
- it uses the psychology of the management process, management subject, management object, personnel development management techniques, personnel training methods, modeling and career planning methods in modern conditions, uses deep specialized professional knowledge to stimulate labor, personal and professional development of company personnel
