EP purpose
Preparation of masters with a high level of professional culture, able to solve modern scientific and practical problems in the field of food production and carry out teaching activities.

- conducts research in the field of food technologies based on a holistic systematic scientific worldview using knowledge of the history and philosophy of science
- applies knowledge of psychology in solving managerial tasks and in planning professional and personal development

- participates in the work of teams engaged in project management based on knowledge of modern methodology, tools, standards in the field of project management
