International cooperation

The faculty has established links with foreign universities, research centers, thanks to which students and research teachers have the opportunity to undergo training, internship, internship in various countries of the world within the framework of academic mobility.

As part of the implementation of the principles of the Bologna process, for the convertibility of Kazakh diplomas of higher education, their recognition at the international level, an agreement was signed on the provision of joint educational services between the University of Food Technologies of Plovdiv (Bulgaria) and the Almaty Technological University JSC on the implementation of the following joint educational programs on bachelor’s degree 6B07201-CCI, 6B07202-TPerP, 6B05101-Biotechnology, Master’s degree 7M07203-Food safety. Joint curricula for the two-degree education program have been developed.

Agreement on cooperation between the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Plekhanov Russian University of Economics” (Russian Federation) and Almaty Technological University (Kazakhstan) on a joint educational program with 6B07201 – Food technology and 19.03.04 — “Product technology and catering organization”.

Academic mobility of teaching staff and students of ATU is realized through participation in cooperation programs with partner universities of ATU, international scholarship programs Erasmus +, Groupe ESA, IAESTE, etc.

Foreign partner universities within the framework of external academic mobility: Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, the Republic of Korea, Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Latvia, Ukraine – evidence of progress towards gaining leadership positions in the scientific world community.
